All field inspection services include the minimum of 7 photos of the property. We provide detailed damaged photos, and photos of the interior and exterior when asked to make contact or perform interior inspections of vacant property.

• Determine if a property is currently occupied, vacant or abandoned.
• Provides names, phone numbers and contact information of real estate broker or property manager (when available).
• Existing condition of property & potential conditions that may have an impact on the property's value.
• All reports are subject to extensive quality assurance processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
